• Mid season:     1st February-27th March 2025 (£120 pn.)
• Peak season: 28th March-7th September 2025(£150 per night.)
• Mid season:     8th September-1st November 2025 (£120 pn.)
• Low Season:  2nd November-20th December 2025 (£115 pn.)
• Christmas/New Year: 20th December-3rd January 2026(£150 pn.)
• Low Season:  4rd January -31st January 2025 (£100 pn.)
• Please note booking for Friday must also include the Saturday night during Peak, and Christmas/New Year

Dogs are more than welcome and we have a dog run for them. Please note it is £10 per night per dog and capped for long stays at £40 per dog per stay. Please note they need to be booked in prior to arrival

It's contactless check in, so you will receive information about the procedure for the electric gates and your personal key safe for your cabin.

Booking Policy;

• Please secure your booking with 30% deposit, and full payment no later than 31 days before arrival.
• A minimuml £100 security deposit will be required prior to occupation (see T&C). This will be returned minus any additional charges that may have been incurred.
• Your cabin and surrounding area must be left clean and tidy on departure (a charge will be applied against your deposit for cleaning if required)
• Your dates can be changed up to 30 days before your stay (all changes in price will be applied), please get in touch ASAP if this is needed.

NB:The cabins are metered for electricity, and we include 15Kw/h per night stay free of charge which covers normal use of the amenities with some to spare. All usage above this will be charged at 80p per unit, which also covers any EV charging.

Number Of Guests:  Please note that only the booked number of guests are allowed to stay overnight. Breaching this or any other  of our conditions in our T&C will incur extra charges and you may be asked to leave without a refund.
